The narrow gauge Festiniog Railway was one of the first lines to be preserved and is rightly famous as one of the 'Great Little Trains of Wales'. This programme of previously unpublished archive footage shows the early days of the preserved line and covers its restoration. The story is told by the volunteers who did the work and the archive footage is enhanced by recent scenes.
Previously issued in video format, this DVD features extra footage inviting viewers to join members of the operational team for a day of work experience.
